Medicare is what seniors have. Medicare covers Medical costs such as Physical Therapy, Home Health Aide Visits, and nurse visits. Medicare will not cover a full time caregiver to come in for 4 to 8 hours a day and assist with senior care needs. The insurance that would cover such is what is called Long Term Care Insurance
